Corrosion in ULSD Tanks: Call Us, We Can Help!

This is what is left of a sub-motor assembly removed from one of our clients’ diesel tanks. It’s a relatively new build, less than 4 years old, and never before inspected. All tank components were new at installation. Note the severity of the overall corrosion. The picture clearly shows the threaded joint that disintegrated and left the sub-motor dangling loose in the tank. We caught this one just in time. We replaced the sub-motor and column-pipe and left the customer up and running…and happy!
